These terms govern your use of Savvy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Savvy, a product operated by Tropika Labs F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered in the Ajman Free Zone under Registration No. 56207. Registered address: Office B.C. 1307823, C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, P.O. Box 932, Ajman, UAE

In these terms, “Savvy”, “we” and “us” mean Tropika Labs F.Z.E, the company you are contracting with.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Savvy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a UAE resident to use Savvy. By using the service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. What Savvy does

Savvy is a credit-intelligence platform. You upload your official credit report and we decode it, showing your score, the factors behind it, the accounts on your file, and tools to help you understand and improve your standing.

4. What Savvy is not

Savvy is not a credit bureau, a lender, a bank, or a financial, legal or investment adviser, and we are not licensed as any of these. We do not hold or move money, extend credit, or make decisions on your behalf. The information and figures we provide, including any score-impact estimates in the Score Simulator, are for general guidance and education only, are estimates, and are not guarantees. Decisions you make based on Savvy are your own. Always consider seeking advice from a qualified professional for important financial decisions.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@besavvysure.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. The report you upload

You confirm that any credit report or document you upload relates to you and that you are entitled to share it with us. You must not upload anyone else's data without authority. You retain ownership of what you upload; you grant us only the permission needed to process it and generate your insights, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not store the uploaded file itself.

We obtain your report only from you. We have no connection to the Al Etihad Credit Bureau's systems, and we never access your bureau account on your behalf.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't use Savvy for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Don't misuse the service to harm others or misrepresent your identity.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Savvy offers a free tier and paid plans. The free tier does not expire and does not require a payment card. Where you choose a paid plan, it is billed in AED, inclusive of VAT, on the monthly or annual basis you select, and the price and billing terms are confirmed to you before you pay. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which you return to the free tier.

9. Intellectual property

The Savvy platform, its design, content and branding are owned by Tropika Labs F.Z.E and protected by law. Your data remains yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to provide the service to you.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any score, estimate, or suggestion will be accurate or lead to a particular outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tropika Labs F.Z.E is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for decisions made in reliance on estimates or guidance provided through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Savvy and delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy & Data). We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or where required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Savvy after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
